Real estate today is very exciting. Many changes are taking place, especially concerning technology, pricing, market valuation, supply and demand, and mortgage rates. I am constantly looking for new ways to improve my real estate business. At the same time, I am determined to continue offering good old-fashioned customer service. My current and prior experiences speak about my honesty, integrity, attention to detail and genuine care for people. I have been a Member of the Governing Council/Board of Directors of the Ontario College of Pharmacists for nine years. I served on the regulatory body for pharmacy practice in Ontario. While there, I was a member of many statutory committees, task forces, and working groups, including:

• Hospital Pharmacy Assessment Criteria Development Working Group
• Task Force, new Code of Ethics for all pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacies
• Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC), to adjudicate all investigations into registrants’ conduct, competence, and capacity
• Discipline Committee, to adjudicate allegations of incompetence, professional misconduct or proprietary misconduct against registrants
• Fitness to Practice Committee, to consider matters related to registrant conduct and capacity
• Accreditation Committee, to consider matters relating to the operation of pharmacies
• Patient Relations Committee, to consider mechanisms to enhance relations between registrants and patients

As a Registered Pharmacy Technician, I have worked for 23 years for Grand River Hospital in Kitchener-Waterloo as a Pharmacy IT Analyst, supporting systems that deliver first-class patient service within our hospital facilities and satellites.
